Q3-2010 Wrap Up at STH

In rebuilding the web site to provide greater detail into our company and its various divisions, we are also committed to providing monthly and quarterly highlights, accomplishments and glimpses of plans.

With our third quarter over and accounting working on closing the books, we have plenty of noteworthy content. Specific company highlights are below, without giving away too much info.

VoIP Supply:

• Our year over year growth is up approximately 15% from Q3-2009 at the top line and more than 155% at the bottom line.
• Significant growth in our Reclaim and Refresh program focusing on our buyback and reconditioning of VoIP equipment.
• Preparation and near completion of multiple Q4 launches and major announcements. Stay tuned!

IP Camera Supply:

• Year over year growth up double digits at the top and bottom lines.
• Complete redesign of navigational structure on the site and category content.
• As with VoIP Supply, some exciting plans for Q4 and 2011, more info to come.

Two of our other divisions have received capital infusion and new resources brought in to grow them to their potential starting in 2011. Once we open the curtains on the changes, we will provide greater details.

All in all, 2010 is shaping up to be our best year yet. Q3 looks to be our best quarter at the top and bottom since the economic meltdown of mid-2008. Though the uptick is slow, it has been steady and seems to be on track to continue.

New hires in Q3-2010

Small business growth and initiative = Economic recovery

This quarter we’ve been doing our part to try and jump start the economy by adding several new employees and preparing to launch additional service offerings to our customers.

Paul Jarosz – Web Developer: Paul is working within our commerce team to continue enhancements and improvements to our online stores and the underlying commerce platform.

Mike Russo – Executive Vice President: Mike has been hired and placed in charge of one of the new service offerings at STH aimed at some of our existing customers as well as a broad north American marketplace. Once the division launch announcement has been made later this year there will be greater detail available about Mike and his role.

Paul Heika – Developer: Paul is working with Mike Russo in the development, launch and maintenance of the applications and services that will support this new division. Paul also brings experience in the Interactive Voice Response industry and will offer support to the consulting efforts within Sayers Interactive.

Fay Brautigan – Sales and Service Associate: Fay will be assisting some of our account managers and senior sales associates offering customer care and order facilitation.

Nate Miloszewski – Product Manager: Nate is working on a core selection of brands within our commerce platform ensuring that we are providing the latest and greatest products with the most complete and accurate descriptions, images and documentation.
